Regular brushing and flossing on a daily basis is all that’s necessary to get rid of the main culprit that causes the problem – bacteria. When you eat or drink just about anything, it causes bacteria to grow in your mouth. That bacteria attaches to your teeth and forms dental plaque. If you remove that bacteria by brushing after meals, you’ll be able to avoid plaque from forming.
