Brushing your teeth should also include using the right toothbrush. Using a brush that’s too big for your mouth will be uncomfortable. And any time you’re uncomfortable doing something, chances are you won’t do it very much. That’s why you’ll notice that electric toothbrush heads are a little smaller than some of the regular ones. Electric toothbrush manufacturers have figured out that a smaller brush with softer bristles that don’t hurt your mouth or gums will encourage you to brush more often.

You may not realize it, but over brushing your teeth in Las Vegas is actually a bad thing. Dentists recommend that you brush a maximum of 3 times a day to be sure you don’t do damage to your enamel.
